Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow by Gabrielle Zevin
This afternoon I finished reading Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow by Gabrielle Zevin.
Madi recommended it to me. I was intrigued by the premise—two childhood friends, Sadie and Sam, team up to create video games together as adults—and let down by the execution.
I didn't enjoy it, and felt myself forcing to finish it. I probably would have DNF'd the book if it wasn't so short. The writing was brutal, with at least three different pieces of dialogue that brought me out of the book in disbelief. I wouldn't recommend it.
