What's In My Inventory?
I've enjoyed looking at the inventory posts from many Bear Blog writers as part of this month's Bear Blog Carnival. I figured I would do a quick post on my own.
I work from home, so there's not a big everyday carry setup here. These are the items I basically always have on me:

- Phone — It's an iPhone 13 Pro. It works. It has actually held up surprisingly well, and I'll refrain from upgrading as long as I can. I'm now suckered into the Apple ecosystem more than ever and also use a MacBook and iPad mini. The Mous case I use is one of the best I've ever had. It has the durability of an OtterBox with a slimmer profile—I'd highly recommend it.
- Keys — I've got keys to my trusty Toyota Corolla, apartment, mailbox, a fob to get into the apartment gym and garage, plus a pocket hug token from my mom.
- Wallet — The wallet I'm using is an Apex Slim Sleeve wallet from Bellroy. I love this wallet. I previously used a Secrid card holder with a nifty lever to push your cards up when you wanted them, but that wore out after a while. This is low profile and snaps shut with a magnet so everything is super secure. The leather has aged in the best way since I've had it. I don't carry much cash but it can handle 8-10 cards and a few bills pretty comfortably. I hope to never need another wallet.
- Watch — This is a Garmin Instinct 2X Solar. I love this watch. I wrote more about how I use it to track health stuff here. It's comfortable to wear 24/7. I only take it off to shower. The battery life is insane. It's durable. I hope to use this thing for years and years.
- Headphones — My carry everywhere in-ear headphones are the Google Pixel Buds Pro. I don't like the way AirPods look or feel, and these from Google were always a lot more comfortable to me and looked more normal. The earbuds themselves are black. I wish I could have gotten a black or gray case for them. I basically never go to the gym or on a run or walk without these. The battery life is fine, but definitely getting worse.
- Water Bottle — I have a 21oz HydroFlask and should probably be better about drinking more water every day. It's durable and packs into all my bags pretty easily when I travel.
